We’ve been pretty busy since we invented the very first cold brew coffee maker.
In 1964, the late Toddy Simpson, a Cornell chemical engineer (and our family’s patriarch) discovered a process to cold brew coffee. We’ve continued the legacy and advanced the commercial process which helped to spark the cold brew revolution.
